BE A PRE-APPROVED BUYER! ~ Before you begin
your property search, it is essential to know how much
you can afford to pay for a home. Home prices surprise
most buyers.1st time home buyers are having an especially
hard time breaking into the real estate market.
Homeowners that want to upgrade also need to know how far
up the ladder they can travel. It's heartbreaking to find
the "perfect home" and then find out you can
not afford it. A loan pre-approval is free
and can usually be done in just one visit - or even just
a phone call. I've listed a few of my favorite (reliable
& professional) lenders, don't be shy, call one and
see how easy it is to get pre-qualified! LENDERS
- FREE BUYER'S LIST ~ Let me know what
your wish list is. I can set up a property search using
the multiple listing services and email the listings
directly to you - the listings include the property
address, photos, general description, and map links. You
will soon get a feel for what you can get for your price
range. Or meet me at my office and we will do the search
together. You will be amazed at our high-tech big screen
property viewing!
- REGIONAL MULTIPLE LISTING
SERVICE - RMLS ~ This is a database of all
properties listed by members in the Oregon and SW
Washington area. Members are required to submit all of
their listings which makes this the most comprehensive
searching tool available. As a member of the MLS, I can
do a complete property search and provide information on
any property listed by any REALTOR in the State of
Washington.
- THE PROPERTY SEARCH ~ After you have
selected a few homes from your on-line viewing, it's time
to go see them! You might be surprised at how different
some homes look from the pictures online. I can advise
you when a neighborhood might be risky, or when street
are tagged to be widened, etc. If you are out driving
around and see an interesting property and want more info

- THE BUYING PROCESS ~ My clients are
never in the dark. Every step of the home buying process
is explained in detail. Contingencies are written into
the contract to protect you and your earnest money. I
attend all of the home inspections, stay in touch with
the lenders and keep track with the title company to make
sure everything stays on schedule.
- FSBO ~ For
Sale By Owner. Most FSBO's allow
you to bring your Realtor. It's important to have your
Realtor do a property review and a market analysis on a
FSBO because the home owner has set the price without the
help of a professional. Buying a home with the help of a
Realtor can save you much heartache down the road.
